Discussion draft of Energy Title of America COMPETES Reauthorization Act

Drafted and was later included in S.1398 – 114th Congress.

ExaSCALE Computing Leadership Act of 2013

Drafted S. 733 – 113th Congress.

Both COMPETES and Exascale legislation were later included in the Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015 (S. 2012 – 114th Congress that passed out of committee and will be considered further by the U.S. Senate).

Toxic Substances and Worker Health Advisory Board Act

Drafted S. 1423 – 113th Congress that was later included in the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act of 2015 (became Public Law No: 113-291 on December 19, 2014). This law included the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2015 and the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Bill of 2015. Both these pieces of legislations had language from the original advisory board act.

Nuclear Workers National Day of Remembrance

Drafted two resolutions (S.Res. 164 and S.Res. 417 – 113th Congress) that were both agreed to by the U.S. Senate.
