Kelly Perry, Ph. D. has over ten years of experience in strategic planning and research and development, including program management at the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), strategic planning at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), U.S. Senate science/energy policy adviser, fuel cell principle investigator for DOE Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy at ORNL, and contributor to the commercialization of a gas purification technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

  • Building an advanced computing community for Beyond Moore's Law technology and advancing testbeds and detectors under a DOE Field Work Proposal for the Advanced Scientific Computing Research (ASCR) program

  • Served as a detailee program manager at DOE in condensed matter physics and Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) that spans all of DOE
